1 General Terms & Introduction

Welcome to Romfuns. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Romfuns platform and all its services. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered final and binding. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

If Romfuns suspects that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and documentation will be requested to verify age. If age cannot be verified, the account will be permanently closed and any funds held may not be refunded.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits at Romfuns can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though bank transfers may take a little longer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT per day, though the limit may be increased after KYC verification.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually 1–24 hours. For larger amounts, it may take up to 48 hours.
• Once a withdrawal request is under review, the option to cancel it may not be available.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Romfuns reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and request additional verification for any suspicious transactions. Romfuns is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering laws.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Romfuns regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A special bonus on your first deposit, available to new members only. This offer can only be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn — typically 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• Validity Period: Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.

6 Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting and casino games on Romfuns:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded. However, different rules may apply for in-play bets.
• If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, Romfuns reserves the right to void the bets placed on that game.
• If an error is found in the odds or payouts, Romfuns reserves the right to correct it, and any bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided.
• All game outcomes are determined by RNG and independently verified.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Romfuns. Any user found in violation will have their account suspended, and legal action may be taken if necessary:

• Fraud: Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets or engaging in collusion for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Software Hacking: Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using Romfuns for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.

• Account Selling: Selling or transferring your account to another person.

Romfuns uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. If a violation is found, the account — along with any funds held — may be terminated.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Romfuns reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.

• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If age verification fails.
• When required by a court order or at the request of a law enforcement agency.
